  Writing for the Covenant

 "The Covenant"
It is not good for man to be alone,    I will make  for  him  a helper  suitable for  him. Genesis 2:18 .

No union on earth possesses the potential for fullfillment as does marriage.... designed by God for true companionship.

"Two are better than one" (Ecclessiates 4:9)

He has planned for both the husband and the wife to compliment and complete one another. "Bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh." (Genesis 2:23)

Through an abiding relationship with Christ every couple becomes a "Cord of three", (Ecclessiates 4:12) forming an unshakable fortress, sheltered under the "Shadow of the Almighty". As Psalm 91 reveals, this position is a place where Gods power, protection, security, honor, and life of satisfaction can be experienced.

Malachi 2:13-17 calls for treasuring one another and taking seriously our vows with our covenant bride......

Malichi 3:1-7 and 1 Peter 2:21-3:18 call us to perservere through the challenges and trials of marriage, knowing God is able to use these times and seasons of struggle as refining fire for our purification, and fruit bearing.........     leaving a legacy of commitment and stability for the generations to follow.

Love bears all things, hopes all things, endures all things......

Love never fails        Corinthians 18: 7-8
