The draped ribbon joining these images symbolizes
our common need of God's saving grace, forming the name
of the one who alone can offer such . . . Jesus.
Acts 4:12 . . . "And there is salvation in no one
else, for there is no other name that has been given among men
by which we must be saved."
Isa. 53:6 . . . "All of us like sheep have gone astray,
each of us has turned to his own way, but the Lord has caused
the iniquity of us all to fall upon Him."
The lambs in this composition represent the parable of
the Good Shepherd, in which Jesus tells us He would leave the
99 already in the fold, for the one which is lost.
For all who know the "Savior" personally, our
hearts remain indebted with praise . . . our gratitude endless
. . . for the amazing grace which provides us with eternal forgiveness
and makes us forever His own. |
